Itinerary for trip to Namibia, with William McComas and Michel Lokhorst, from May 23rd 2018 to June 14th 2018, covering almost 3,000 Km. Estimates provided by Google Maps are for non-stop travel. We will take 19 days to cover this itinerary! In May 25th-26th, we will be in Sossusvlei, visiting the Namib (i.e., the Namibia desert). In May 27th-28th we will be in Swakopmund, Walvis Bay and Sandwich Harbour. In May 28th-29th we will go to Cape Cross and the Skeleton Coast. In 29th our sleep will be in Terrace Bay, inside the Skeleton Coast National Park. May 30th-31st, we will visit Etendeka Mountain Camp, leaving our car in Palmwag and being transported by them to the remote landscapes of the Grootberg Mountain, where the camp is located. Etendeka is one of the most anticipated places to us, with its ecologically sustainable approach and the animals freely circulating through the camp. From June 1st to 7th we will be in Etosha, one of the most fantastic parks in Africa, always sleeping inside it, as it should be done, in the camps of  Okaukuejo, Halali, Namutoni and Onkoshi, the latter with tents overlooking the Etosha Pan. June 7th we will take the road to Caprivi, sleeping two nights in Ngepi Camp, at the margins of the Okavango River, and two nights in Camp Kwando, at the margins of the Kwando River. June 11th I will fly from Katima Mulilo, capital of the Caprivi, to Windhoek, in the only available flight. June 12th I will take the flight from Windhoek to Johannesbourg. June 13th from Jo'burg back to Salvador.
